Quad bikes
Where tarmac ended, quad bikes delivered mail to remote residents in the Scottish Isles. There were four Honda quad-bikes in the Royal Mail fleet. In February 2014, the last of the quad-bikes operating on the island of Kerrera was phased out to be replaced by a John Deere Gator all terrain utility vehicle.
